Motor home reservations require a $500.00 deposit pre paid before pickup. Travel trailers and fold down campers require
a $200.00 deposit pre paid before pickup. Balance of rental fees and damage deposit of $500 is required at time of pickup.
Damage deposit may be held in whole for loss of equipment, interior, exterior damage, extra miles, interior or exterior
cleaning, propane tank fill, gas fill, holding tank dumping, and generator use.
- Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
- Pick up time is scheduled between 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm.
- Return time is no later than 10:00 am, late charges could apply!
- NO SUNDAY OR HOLIDAY PICK UPS.
- NO smoking or Pets allowed in rental units.
- Gas and propane tanks are filled when unit is returned.
- Not dumping sewer tanks will result in 100.00 charge
- 100 miles per day and .25 per mile after.
- 2 hrs per day on generator allowed and 2.00 per hr after
- Customer required cleaning interior/exterior when returned.
- Customer is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels
- Customer will be responsible with damages due to negligence in vehicle operations
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to rental date will result in $50 charge.
Cancellations within 30-10 days before rental will result in loss of rental deposit.
Cancelled 10-days or less will result in full Rental amount owed.
