Motor home reservations require a $500.00 deposit pre paid before pickup. Travel trailers and fold down campers require a $200.00 reservation deposit pre paid before pickup. Balance of rental fees and a security deposit of $500 is required 30 days prior departure on all rental units. Secruity deposit may be held in whole for loss of equipment, interior, exterior damage, extra miles, propane tank fill, gas fill, holding tank dumping, and generator use.
A THREE DAY Rental Minimum On all rentals is required.
FOUR Day Rental Minimum for Memorial and Labor Day Weekend.
ONE WEEK Rental Minimum Moon Dance & 4th of July

- Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
- Renter must have their own insurance on Motorhomes. Travel Trailers renters must have proof of insurance on towing vehicle.
- Renters must provide a copy of their drivers license front and back needed.

All travel trailers require an electric brake control (required by state law).

Pick up time is scheduled between 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm. Unless prearranged.

Return time is no later than 10:00 am, $25. Late charges per hour will apply!

NO WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY PICK UPS AND DROP OFF!

NO smoking/ If smoke is detected: Customers will forfeit Security Deposit

All customers will be charged $100.00 cleaning fee to insure unit quality

Pets allowed in rental units w/ $20.00 additional per night charge, $100.00 additional security deposit.
- Hitch fee $49.00 (Towing Units Of Any Kind)
- Awning charge $35.00 if awning is damage you are responsible for repairs and or replacement.
- Lp fill $50.00+ Cost of LP if we refill tanks
- Gas fill $50.00+ Cost of gas if we refill tank

Gas and propane tanks are filled when unit is returned or above charges will apply!
- Not dumping sewer tanks will result in $200.00 charge
- 100 miles free per day and .35 per mile after. (motorhomes only)
- UNLIMITED miles on travel trailers
- 2 hrs per day on generator allowed and $2.00 per hr after (motorhomes only)
- Customer is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels
- Customer will be responsible with damages due to negligence in vehicle operations
- Ask about our wireless break control rentals
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 Days prior to rental date will result in $50 charge.
Cancellations within 30-10 days before rental will result in loss of rental deposit.
Cancelled 10-days or less will result in full Rental amount owed.
