Motor home reservations require a $500.00 deposit pre paid before pickup. Travel trailers and fold down campers require a $200.00 deposit pre paid before pickup. Balance of rental fees and damage deposit of $500 is required 30 days prior departure. Damage deposit may be held in whole for loss of equipment, interior, exterior damage, extra miles, propane tank fill, gas fill, holding tank dumping, and generator use.
- Renters must be 25 years of age or older.

All travel trailers require an electric brake control(required by state law).

Pick up time is scheduled between 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm. $25.00 Late charge will apply unless previously approved.

Return time is no later than 10:00 am, $25 Late charges per hour will apply!

NO smoking/ If smoke is detected: Customers will forfeit Damage Deposit

Pets allowed in rental units w/ $20.00 additional per night charge, $100.00 additional security deposit.
- Hitch fee $49.00

- Lp fill $40.00+ Cost if we refill tanks
- Gas fill $40.00+ Cost if we refill tank

Gas and propane tanks are filled when unit is returned or above charges will apply!
- Not dumping sewer tanks will result in 100.00 charge
- 100 miles free per day and .35 per mile after. (motorhomes only)
- UNLIMITED miles on travel trailers
- 2 hrs per day on generator allowed and 2.00 per hr after (motorhomes only)
- Customers will be charged $100.00 cleaning fee to insure unit quality .
- Customer is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels
- Customer will be responsible with damages due to negligence in vehicle operations

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to rental date will result in $50 charge.
Cancellations within 30-10 days before rental will result in loss of rental deposit.
Cancelled 10-days or less will result in full Rental amount owed.
